Amanda L. Weber, Esq.
Amanda L. Weber is an Associate Attorney with Frederick Law Offices, PLLC.
As the daughter of a New York State law enforcement officer disabled in the line of duty, Amanda L. Weber has a unique understanding into the claimant’s perspective during the process for disability benefits and its result on the claimant’s family. From this exposure, Amanda gained an increased interest in the intersection of the law, healthcare, and governmental policy making.
With this passion in mind, Amanda earned her B.A. in Political Science from Niagara University in 2016, and in 2019 her law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island. While in law school, Amanda was active in pro bono programs educating the public on the application process for Social Security Disability Insurance benefits and served as a Student Attorney in the Veterans Disability Appeals Field Clinic before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. After hearing stories of how many individuals with disabilities fear that their impairments would negatively impact their ability to care for their families, Amanda focused on the estate planning and probate processes so that she could be a better advocate for her clients.
Before returning home to Buffalo and joining Frederick Law Offices, Amanda was a law clerk for various firms in Providence, Rhode Island focusing on disability law and medical malpractice. She served as a founding member of the Law Student Wellness Committee and the Vice Justice for Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity chapter at Roger Williams University School of Law.
As a Buffalo native, Amanda is currently re-acquainting herself with WNY. When she can, Amanda is exploring the various landscapes of WNY, camera in hand, and playing with her two dogs, Elliott and Louie.
